摘要
目的探讨癌症患者的创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)发生情况及其相关因素。方法采用PTSD症状清单,心境和焦虑症状问卷对175名癌症患者进行调查。结果本组癌症相关性PTSD检出率为39.4%,PTSD总分中位数(四分位区间数)为11(6~20);回归分析发现家庭月收入、癌症类型以及一般痛苦心境是癌症相关性PTSD各类症状的危险因素。结论癌症相关性PTSD在癌症人群中高发,可能存在PTSD亚型。医护人员应该高度重视,采取适当的措施早发现,早干预。
Objective To study the incidence posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD） and its related effect for cancer patients. Method 175 participants of cancer survivors was surveyed with the PTSD Checklist and the Mood and Anxiety Symptom Questionnaire. Results The prevalence of PTSD was 39.4%. The median PTSD score （four percentile interval） was 11（6-20）. Regression analysis showed that monthly income per family, cancer type and general distress were risk factors of cancer related PTSD. Conclusions Clinical Medical staff need pay attention to this psychological problems. Appropriate measures should be take to detect and intervene early.
