摘要
目的探索2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与高血压的关系。方法纳入2016年3月至2016年9月在北京大学第一医院健康体检的确诊2型糖尿病的401例,运用酶循环法检测血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,同时测定研究对象生化指标及血压、BMI、病史等一般情况。采用logistics回归进行同型半胱氨酸和高血压的关系分析。结果在调整了多个可能影响血压的因素后,血浆同型半胱氨酸每增加1μmol/L,高血压发病风险增加5%,Hcy每增加一个log值,高血压发病风险增加1.78倍。将Hcy按照三分组后最高分位高血压患病风险增加105%,三分组的高血压患病风险趋势检验P<0.05。结论在2型糖尿病患者中,血Hcy水平和血压密切相关,高Hcy血症会增加高血压患病风险。
Objective Purpose This cross-sectional study is to explore the relationship between homocysteine and hypertension prevalence in Chinese type II diabetes patients. Methods 401 type II diabetes patients who received health examination in Peking University First Hospital were included in this study. Homocysteine was measured by cyclic enzymatic method. Blood pressure, BMI, medical history were recorded and blood biochemistry was tested. Multi logistic regression was used to analyze. Results 1μmol/ L and 1 SD log increase of homocysteine level can respectively lead to 5% and 1.78 fold increase in the risk of hypertension. Analysis among each tertile of homocysteine showed the highest tertile associated with 1.05 fold increase in the risk of hypertension compared to the lowest tertile, and p value for trend is less than 0.05. Conclusions In Chinese type II diabetes patients, serum homocysteine is associated with homocysteine, and the increase of blood pressure can induce the increase of the risk of hypertension.
