逍遥散治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床研究

Clinical Study on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy(CSC) Treated by Xiaoyao Powder

目的:观察逍遥散治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的的疗效及安全性。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例,对照组常规口服西药治疗,治疗组口服逍遥散汤剂治疗。结果:治疗3个月,治疗组总有效率91.1%、对照组68.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治愈平均疗程治疗组(68.6±8.5)天,对照组(76.3±10.4)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月,总有效率治疗组95.6%、对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治愈平均疗程治疗组(87.6±11.7)天,对照组(146.5±13.2)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗程短,疗效好。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Ease Powder in treating central serous chorioretinopathy （ CSC ） . Method： 90 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. The control group were treated with western medicine by oral administration while the study group were treated with Ease Powder. The therapeutic effect of both groups were compared. Result： 3 months after the treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 91.1% while that of the control group was 68.9%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.01 ） . The mean hospitalization days of the study group was （ 68.6 ± 8.5 ） while that of the control group was （ 76.3 ± 10.4 ） . There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . 6 months after the treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 95.6% while that of the control group was 80.0%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.01） . The mean hospitalization days of the study group was （ 87.6 ± 11.7 ） while that of the control group was （ 146.5 ± 13.2 ） . There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Ease Powder shorten the course of treatment in treating central serous chorioritinopathy （ CSC ） , with good therapeutic effect.
