退银汤对寻常性银屑病患者外周血P-cad及NE指标的影响

Effect of Tuiyin Decocion on P-cad in Peripheral Blood and NE Index of Psoriasis Vulgaris Patients

目的:分析退银汤对寻常性银屑病(Psoriasis Vulgaris,PV)患者外周血中胎盘型钙黏蛋白(P-cad)及中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)表达水平的影响。方法:41例PV患者为实验组,41例健康志愿者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附竞争法检测PV患者使用退银汤前后外周血P-cad水平和NE水平。结果:治疗前P-cad实验组(47.05±11.14)ng/mL,对照组(10.93±6.77)ng/mL,实验组P-cad水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组P-cad水平低于本组治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前实验组NE(16.92±3.31)mg/L,对照组(3.66±1.48)mg/L,实验组NE高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组NE指标低于本组治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:退银汤能够显著降低寻常性银屑病患者外周血P-cad及NE表达水平。

Objective： To analysis the effect of Tuiyin Decoction on the expression level of P-cad in peripheral blood and NE index of psoriasis vulgaris （PV） patients. Method： There were 41 cases of PV patients in the study group and 41 cases of healthy volunteers in the control group. The level of P-cad in peripheral blood and NE index of PV patients before and after using Tuiyin Decoction was detected by competing-ELISA. Result： Before the treatment, the level of P-cad of the study group was （ 47.05 ± 11.14 ） ng/mL while that of the control group was （ 10.93 ± 6.77 ） ng/mL. The level of P-cad of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The level of P-cad of the study group after the treatment was lower than that before the treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . Before the treatment, the level of NE of the study group was （ 16.92 ± 3.31 ） ng/mL while that of the control group was （ 3.66 ± 1.48 ） ng/mL. The level of NE of the study groupwas higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The level of NE of the study group after the treatment was lower than that before the treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Tuiyin Decoction could decrease the expression level of P-cad in peripheral blood and NE index of PV patients significantly.
