清热利湿逐瘀方治疗痛风性关节炎疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Gouty Arthritis Treated by Clearing Heat,Eliminating Dampness and Resolving Blood Stasis Decoction

目的:观察清热利湿逐瘀方治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:120例按数字随机表法分为两组各60例,对照组用西药治疗,治疗组用清热利湿逐瘀方治疗,比较两组治疗后主要症状、体征缓解时间和尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)指标改善情况,并比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),主要症状、体征缓解时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。血UA、CRP、IL-1β、COX-2改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿逐瘀治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,可降低血清炎性因子水平,缓解临床症状。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qingre Lishi Zhuyu Decoction in treating gouty .arthritis. Method： 120 patients with gouty arthritis were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine colchicine, dextral ketone ibuprofen tromethamine pieces, etc while the treatment group were treated with Qingre Lishi Zhuyu Decoction. The improvement condition of the relieving time of main symptoms and signs, uric acid （ UA ） , c-reactive protein （ CRP ） and interleukin 1β （ IL-1β ） after treatment and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .The relieving time of main symptoms and signs of joint pain, tenderness, redness, restricted movement was less than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . The improvement of blood UA; CRP; IL-1β ; COX-2 was superior to that of the control group （P〈O.05） . Conclusion： Qingre Lishi Zhuyu Decoction could effectively reduce inflammation factor level in serum and relieve clinical symptoms, with significant curative effect.
