针刀多点减压治疗面肌痉挛疗效观察

目的:观察针刀多点减压治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组用针刀多点减压治疗,对照组用普通针刺加卡马西平治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀多点减压治疗面肌痉挛疗效明显,可控制发病频率、延长发作间期,疗效明显优于普通针刺治疗。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of needle-knife multipoint decompression in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Method:60 cases of patients with Hemifacial spasm were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The observation group were treated with needleknife multipoint decompression while the control group were treated with common acupuncture and Carbamazepine.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 83.3%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife multipoint decompression has obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of hemifacial spasm,which could control attacks frequency,extend the period between attacks.The curative effect of needle-knife multipoint decompression is superior to that of common acupuncture treatment.
