Enterprise Competition and Cooperation Based on Co-evolution

本文通过对传统生态学模型作适当修改,构建了具有死亡阈值的纯竞争动力学模型和技术开发合作与市场竞争动力学模型,利用微分方程几何理论方法对企业竞争与合作的演化进行动态分析。研究结果表明:在技术开发合作与市场竞争中,只有强强联手才有可能实现共赢,弱弱合作必然走向共亡,强弱合作或者是弱者把强者拖垮走向共亡,或者是强存弱亡,而弱者把强者拖垮走向共亡的可能性更大。在如今的互联网+时代,既竞争又合作是现代产业界的应有状态,合作对于未来的产业关系更为重要,健全繁荣的生态圈才能推动各企业的可持续发展。

Modifying conventional ecology model, we have constructed pure competition dynamics model with perdition threshold and a dynamics model involving both cooperation in technology development and competition in market, and analyzed the evolution of firm competition and cooperation using differential equations geometry theoretical approach. The findings are as follows ： in the model of cooperation in technology development but competition in market, only the win-win situation could be realized for the cooperation between strong firms, while cooperation between weak firms would lead to synnecrosis. Cooperation between strong firms and weak firms either makes both firms evolve to synnecrosis, or makes strong firms survive and weak firms decline, and the former is more likely. In modem Internet plus era, both competition and cooperation should be the state of modem industries, and cooperation is more important for the future of industry relations. Only sound and prosperous ecosystem can improve the sustainable development of enterprises.
