狐狸源霍氏肠杆菌的分离鉴定与系统进化分析 被引量:2

摘要 为确定黑龙江省某狐狸养殖场患病狐狸的病原菌,从发病狐狸的子宫内脓液中分离到1株细菌,并命名为bz001001。根据其形态特征、培养特性、生化试验及16S rRNA分子鉴定结果,确定该菌为霍氏肠杆菌。之后对该分离菌进行了动物致病性试验、药敏试验和系统发育分析,结果显示,该菌可引起试验组小白鼠20%死亡,具有一定的致病性;该分离株对16种常用抗菌药物大部分表现耐药,少数药物敏感,具有较高的耐药性;该分离菌与来源于婴幼儿配方奶粉、人源、螃蟹源及实蝇源分离株的霍氏肠杆菌的遗传距离最近,同源性高达98%。本试验是首次从狐狸中分离到霍氏肠杆菌,此结果提示霍氏肠杆菌具有比以往认为的更广泛的宿主范围。 To determine pathogens in a fox-farm bz001001 was isolated from the uterine secretions of a of Heilongjiang Province,a bacterium named as dead fox. The bacterial strain was identified as Enterobacter hormaechei according to its morphological characteristics,cultural characteristics, biochemical reactions and 16S rRNA sequencing analysis. Then the isolates were tested pathogenicity test,drug susceptibility tests and phylogenetic analysis. The results show that the isolated strain had pathogenicity to mice and the mortality was 20%. For 16 commonly used antibiotics,the isolate was sensitive to few antibiotics, but resistant to most antibiotics. The genetic relationship of the iso- lated strains with Enterobacter hormaechei from infant formula milk powder,fly Khodorkovsky,crabs and human was closer,and the highest homology was up to 98%.In this study Enterobacter hormaechei was first isolated from foxes,and the results suggested that Enterobacter hormaechei had wider host range than originally expected.
