引领“一带一路”人文交流合作的“金砖路径” 被引量:6

Leading Role of the BRICS Path to Promote the Humanities Exchanges and Cooperation in the B&R Countries

摘要 "一带一路"沿线国家有着宝贵的人文合作历史传统,但也面临着诸多现实挑战。金砖国家人文交流合作取得良好的经验,形成了具有示范作用的"金砖路径",可以引领"一带一路"人文交流合作建设。通过加强"一带一路"沿线政府、民间人文交流合作,扩大教育和科技合作,探寻并培育共性文化,助推文化产业发展等,进一步推进"一带一路"沿线国家的人文交流合作。 With the rapid development of economic and trade cooperation between BRICS,the five countries have expanded their humanities exchanges and cooperation on a variety of forms and fields such as education,culture,youth communication,tourism and sister city relationships. Vigorously carrying out humanities exchanges and cooperation is the fundamental construction for the B&R( Belt and Road) initiative. The countries along the B&R route have the precious tradition of humanities cooperation,but there are some realistic challenges. The benign experiences obtained from the humanities exchanges and cooperation across BRICS provide an exemplary BRICS path,which have the conditions and ability to help and lead the B&R construction. Therefore,in order to further promote the humanities exchanges and cooperation in the B&R countries,we should strengthen the governments and the folk humanities exchanges and cooperation along the B&R route,expanding the cooperation of education and technology,explore and cultivate a common culture,and impelling the development of cultural industries.
