城市公园使用后评价(POE)应用案例研究——以上海市区公园绿地内相关设施为例

Study on the Application of Post Occupancy Evaluation in the Urban parks——A Case Study of Shanghai Urban Parks and Greenfields

本文运用POE(post occupancy evaluation)基本研究方法,对上海市内公园绿地相关设施做了调查研究。通过观察公园使用者的各类活动,采访公园的使用者以及发放抽样调查问卷等形式,了解公园绿地内相关设施的使用状况,并对调查所获直接、真实的信息和数据做分析、整理,得到POE评价分析报告。该报告可为上海市公园绿地改善服务设施提供依据和借鉴。

This paper based on POE research method, makes an investigation of Shanghai urban parks.The author has a better understanding of the park by observing all kinds of activities conducted in the park,interviewing users of the park and distributing questionnaires.A POE report is obtained through direct and indirect information from the survey and data analyzing.The report can be served as a basis for the improvement of service facilities of the parks.
