正交试验优选改善睡眠软胶囊中五味子、莲子的提取工艺

Optimization of the Extraction Process for Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Lotus Seeds in Soft Capsules on Sleep Improvement by Orthogonal Test

以乙醇提取物重量、处方量样品中五味子醇甲及莲心碱的量作为考察指标,优化改善睡眠软胶囊中五味子、莲子的提取工艺,并进行相关的分析。改善睡眠软胶囊中五味子、莲子的提取工艺为乙醇70%、提取3次、加醇量为药材的4倍、提取3h。该实验结果可以为以五味子、莲子为主方的中药制剂的工业化生产提供提取方法。

In this paper, using the weight of ethanol extract, the amount of prescription samples containing schisandrin and Liensinine as indicator, to optimization the extraction technology of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and lotus seeds in Soft Capsules on Sleep Im- provement, and carries on the correlation analysis. The optimal extraction technology was as follows： ethanol concentration in 70%, extraction times in 3, add amount of alcohol in 4 times, extracting time in 3h. The experiment can provide the extraction method for the industrial production of Chinese medicinal preparation, which is based on the Chinese herbal medicine of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and lotus seeds.
