摘要
采用香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定吉林地区松杉灵芝三萜酸的含量。三萜酸含量测定结果表明,段木基质林下仿野生栽培的松杉灵芝最高含量为1.26%,段木基质大棚栽培的松杉灵芝为0.95%,木屑基质大棚栽培的松杉灵芝含量为0.57%。
The content oftriterpene acid in Ganoderma tsugae of Jilin produced was determined by vanillin - perchloric acid colorimetry. The results of triterpene acid determination showed that the maximum content of woodlog medium imitatingwild cultivation G. tsugae was 1.26%, the content ofwoodlog medium greenhouse cultivation G. tsugae was 0.95%, and the content of sawdust medium greenhouse cultivation G. tsugae was 0.57%.
