文章以NGO在三江源地区的发展状况及必要性分析为题展开分析,意在为NGO在三江源国家公园建设中发挥作用寻求理论与实际支持,以此引起政府在三江源国家公园建设中逐步加大对社会参与的重视力度,为中国特色社会主义生态文明建设增添新动力,并加强NGO在参与三江源国家公园建设中扩大公共意识理念、增加公共服务、促进社会发展、支持弱势边缘群体等领域提供良好的服务功能。

This paper analyzes the development situation and necessity of NGO in the Three-River-Source area, and aims to seek theoretical and practical support for NGO＇ s role in the construction of the Three-River-Source national park, in order to leads to the gradual increase of government＇s attention to social participation in the construction of the Three-River-Source national park. And it will add new impetus to the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and strengthen the good service functions of NGO in participating in the construction of Three-River-Source national park, such as expand the public awareness, increase public services, promote social development, and support the vulnerable and the marginal.
