Objective To explore the effect of standardized sublingual dermatophagoides farinae allergen vaccine drops in treatment of patients with urticarial caused by dust mite sensitivity. Methods 86 patients with urticarial caused by dust mite sensitivity who were admitted to department of dermatology in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were selected as research objects. They were randomly allocated to the ordinarygroup and the observation group, with 43 in each. The ordinary group was given desloratadine citrate disodium and the observation group was given desloratadine citrate disodium combined with standardized dermatophagoides farinae drops. The number of wheals and itching status before and after medication of patients were compared to evaluate the curative effect of disease. Results Ameliorative rate of symptom of the observation group was 97.7%, significantly higher than that of the ordinary group 88.4%. Improvement effect of the observation group was superior and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Difference in the number of wheals and itching status at admission of two groups had no statistical significance (P ~ 0.05). After medication, improvements of the number of wheals and itching status in the observation group were superior to those of the ordinary group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In clinic, sublingual dermatophagoides farinae allergen vaccine drops in treatment of patients with urticarial caused by dust mite sensitivity has better improvements of symptoms and curative effects.
