低分子肝素联合康复训练预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨低分子肝素联合康复训练预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床效果。方法将32例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机均分成对照组(16例)和治疗组(16例),对照组给予拜阿司匹林治疗,同时进行常规护理,治疗组给予低分子肝素治疗,同时进行康复训练。两组患者连续2个月接受治疗,比较DVT发生率、下肢临床症状及D-二聚体,P-选择素水平。结果对照组DVT发生率43.8%,治疗组为6.3%,两组DVT发生率有显著差异(P<0.05);对照组组疼痛、肿胀及皮肤颜色改变的发生率显著高于治疗组(P<0.05);对照组D-二聚体,P-选择素水显著高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合康复训练可有效预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of low molecular heparin combined with rehabilitation training in the preventing deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after stroke. Methods A total of 32 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group (n=16) and treating group (n=16). Patients in control group were treated with bayaspirin and routine nursing, while patients in treating group were treated with the low molecular heparin combined with rehabilitation training. The DVT incidence rate, clinical symptoms of lower limb and plasma D-dimer, P-selection level wrtr compared consecutive 8 weeks later. Results The DVT incidence rate in the control group was 43.8%, which was significantly higher than that in the treating group with 6.3% (P 〈 0.05). Besides, there existed statistical meaning about the ache, tumidness, skin color change of lower limb (P 〈 0.05), and the plasma D-dimer, P-selection level in the control group were significantly higher than those in the treating group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Low molecular heparin combined with rehabilitation training is effective for preventing the deep venous thrombosis after stroke.
