糖尿病患者使用川芎嗪过程中心电图的变化研究

Study on the changes of central electrocardiogram in Ligustrazine of diabetic patients

目的研究糖尿病患者使用川芎嗪过程中的心电图变化。方法选取2015年8月~2016年9月我院110例住院的2型糖尿病合并冠心病的患者,随机分成A、B两组,每组55例。A组给予基础治疗+丹参川芎嗪,B组仅给予基础治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后对两组患者进行心电图检查,记录出现PTF-V1≤-0.04mm·s、缺血性T波、ST段异常、房室传导阻滞的例数。并计算QTcmax、Qtcmax、QTcd以及JTcmax、JTcmax、JTcd。结果在治疗前A、B两组PTF-V1≤-0.04mm·s、缺血性T波、ST段异常、房室传导阻滞、QT指标及JT指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组PTF-V1≤-0.04mm·s、ST段异常的发生例数明显少于B组(P<0.05),且QTcd、JTcd也明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪对于糖尿病合并冠心病的患者的心电图改善具有积极作用,可进行进一步研究并推广使用。

Objective To explore the changes of central electrocardiogram in Ligustrazine of diabetic patients. Methods 110 resident patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital from Auguest 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B with 55 cases in each.Patients in group A were treated with basic treatment＋Salvia Ligustrazine,and patients in group B were treated with basic treatment.Before and after treatment,patients in the two groups were examined by electrocardiogram.The number of patients with PTF-V1 ≤ -O.04mm ·s,ischemic T wave,ST segment abnormality and atrioventricular bloc was recorded.Qtcmax,Qtcmax,QTcd and Jtcmax,Jtcmax,JTcd were calculated. Results Before the treatment,there were no significant difference on PTF-V1 ≤-0.0gmm·s,ischemic T wave,ST segment abnormality,atrioventr＇icular blo,QT index and JT index （P 〉0.05）.After treatment, the number of PTF- V1 ≤ -0.04mm· s,ischemic T wave, ST segment abnormality in group A was less than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）,and QTcd and JTcd in group A Were lower than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Ligustrazine has positive effect on the improvement of electrocardiogram in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.It can give further research and application.
