阿托西班联合利托君对FET内膜异常波患者的临床应用评价

Evaluation on the clinical application of atosiban combined with ritodrine in the patients with PET and abnormal endometria wave

目的探究与分析阿托西班联合利托君对FET内膜异常波患者的临床应用效果与价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月期间本院收治的120例移植日内膜异常波患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(阿托西班联合利托君组)30例、B组(阿托西班组)30例、C组(利托君组)30例和D组(未用药组)30例,然后将四组的着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率及用药前后不同时间的血清缩宫素、孕酮、前列腺素F2α水平进行比较。结果 A、B、C组的着床率、临床妊娠率均高于及D组,A组用药后的血清缩宫素、前列腺素F2α水平均低于B、C及D组,B组及C组则低于D组,血清孕酮则高于B、C及D组,B组及C组则高于D组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),四组的流产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托西班联合利托君对FET内膜异常波患者的临床应用效果较好,对于子宫内膜异常波相关方面的控制作用明显,因此临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application effect and value of atosiban combined with ritodrine in the patients with PET and abnormal endometria wave. Methods 120 patients with PET and abnormal endometria wave in our hospital on the day of embryo transfer from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study object. They were randomly divided into group A （atosiban combined with ritodrine group） with 30 cases, group B （atosiban group） with 30 cases, group C （ritodrine group） with 30 cases and group D （no drug group） with 30 cases. Then the implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, serum oxytocin, progesterone and prostaglandin F2 c~ at different time before and after the treatment of four groups were compared. Results The implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rates of group A, group Band group C were all higher than that of group D. The rates of group B and group C were both higher than that of group D. The serum oxytocin and prostaglandin F2 α of group A at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of group B, group C and group D. The levels of group B and group C were all lower than those of group D. The serum progesterone were all higher than those of group B, group C and group D.The levels of group B and group C were all higher than those of group D. There were all significant differences（P 〈 0.05 ）, and the abortion rates of four groups all had no significant differences（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application effect of atosiban combined with ritodrine in the patients with PET and abnormal endometria wave is better, and its control role for the related items of abnormal endometria wave is obvious. So its clinical application value is higher.
