马齿苋治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及其对血清中IL-8、TNF-α的影响

Efficacy of purslane in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect of IL-8 and TNF-α in serum

目的探讨马齿苋治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及其对血清中IL-8、TNF-α的影响。方法选取2014年4月~2016年9月期间我院接收的50例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为对照组(n=25,使用复方氯已定含漱液治疗)与观察组(n=25,给予马齿苋治疗),观察两组治疗疗效及治疗前后患者血清中IL-8、TNF-α含量变化。结果观察组临床有效率较对照组显著要佳(P<0.05),3个月内复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),溃疡消失时间较对照组显著要短(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡采取马齿苋治疗可有效降低血清中IL-8、TNF-α水平,疗效显著,具有推广价值。

Objective＇To explore the efficacy of purslane in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect of IL-8 and TNF-α in serum. Methods 50 cases of recurrent oral ulcer in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group（n=25,treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle） and observation group （n=25,treated with purslane）.Therapeutic effect and changes of IL-8 and TNF- α in serum of patients before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Within 3 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the disappearance time of ulcer was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF- α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Purslane in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can effectively reduce serum levels of IL-8 and TNF- α with Significant effect.It has promotion value.
