铝碳酸镁和西沙必利对胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效及胃内胆汁的影响

Curative effect of hydrotalcite and cisapride to bile reflux gastritis and its impact tointragastric bile

目的胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用铝碳酸镁和西沙必利治疗的疗效及对胃内胆汁的影响。方法选取120例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,均为2013年5月~2015年5月期间我院门诊接收的患者,将入选者随机分为三组,即C组(n=40)、T组(n=40)、C+T组(n=40),C组给予西沙必利治疗,T组给予铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,C+T组患者同时服用铝碳酸镁及西沙比利,剂量用法与T组和C组相同,患者均治疗4周,观察三组患者临床疗效及治疗前后胃内胆汁变化。结果治疗后,C+T组临床疗效显著优于C组及T组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,三组最长反流时间、反流次数、反流总时间、反流>5min次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,C+T组上述指标均显著低于C组及T组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用铝碳酸镁和西沙必利合用,疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of hydrotalcite and cisapride to bile reflux gastritis and its impact tointragastric bile. Methods 120 cases of bile reflux gastritis cured in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group C,group T and group C＋T with 40 cases in each.Patients in group C were treated with cisapride,patients in group T were treated with hydrotalcite chewable tablets, and patients in group C＋T were treated with hydrotalcite and cisapride.The dose was the same as that of group T and group C.All the patients were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect and the changes of Gastric Bile before and after treatment of the three groups were observed. Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of group C＋T was significantly better than that of group C and group T, （P 〈 0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the 3 groups in the longest reflux time,reflux time,reflux time,times of reflux 〉 5min （P〉 0.05）.After treatment,the above indexes in group C＋T were significantly lower than those in group C and group T （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of hydrotalcite and cisapride to bile reflux gastritis is significant.h can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
