欣母沛在治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical effect of hemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section of placenta praevia and its security analysis

目的分析欣母沛在治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及安全性。方法选取在2015年6月~2017年2月期间在佛山市南海区桂城医院进行治疗的前置胎盘产妇100例,采用随机对照法将其分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行子宫腔填塞纱条止血,观察组加用欣母沛止血。结果观察组和对照组的有效率分别为94.00%(47/50)及76.00%(38/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇在产后2h和24h出血量较对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的不良反应发生情况及行子宫切除情况显著好于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产妇在产前及产后2h的血氧饱和度、脉搏及血压等指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论欣母沛治疗前置胎盘产妇剖宫产的产后出血的临床效果较为明显,安全可靠,适合推广及应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section of placenta praevia and its security analysis. Methods 100 cases of maternal with placenta praevia cured in Foshan Nanhai District Guicheng Hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each.Maternal in control group were treated with uterine packing gauze to stop bleeding,and maternal in observation group were treated with hemabate to stop bleeding. Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 94.00% （47/50） and 76.00%（38/50）,and the results were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）.The blood loss of 2 h and 24 h in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）.The adverse reaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）.There were no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation,pulse and blood pressure before and after 2 h between control group adn observation group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of hemabate in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section of placenta praevia is significant.It is safe and reliable.It is suitable for promotion and application.
