观察中药补肾活血方对青春期多囊卵巢综合征内分泌激素的影响

Observation of effect of traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe on endocrine hormone of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察中药补肾活血方对青春期多囊卵巢综合征内分泌激素的影响。方法 2015年1月~2016年12月,共40例中药治疗的青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者,另外选取同期西药治疗的青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者作为对照组,一共40例,对照组采取西药疗法,观察组采取中药补肾活血方。对比两组患者的血清CA125水平、性激素水平、内分泌糖代谢指标、血脂指标水平。结果 (1)观察组治疗后血清CA125水平低于对照组且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。(2)观察组治疗后E2水平、FSH水平、LH水平和T水平低于对照组且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。(3)观察组治疗后FIN水平、FBG水平、INSAUC水平低于对照组且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。(4)观察组治疗后TC水平、TG水平、LDL低于对照组且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中药补肾活血方对青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者的内分泌激素具有显著的改善效果,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe on endocrine hormone of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 40 patients with pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated by Chinese medicine from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected. In addition, 40 patients with pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated by western medicine at the same time were selected as the control group. The control group was given western medicine for treatment while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe. Serum CA125 level, sex hormone level, endocrine and glucose metabolism levels and blood lipid index level of patients in two groups were compared. Results （1） Serum CA125 level after treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and that before treatment, P 〈 0.05. （2）Levels of E2, FSH, LH and T after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and those before treatment, P 〈 0.05. （3） Levels of FIN, FBG and INSAUC after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and those before treatment, P 〈 0.05. （4） Levels of TC, TG and LDL after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group those before treatment, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe has significant improving effect on endocrine hormone of pubertal polycystic ovary syndrome, which has certain clinical application value.
