急性上消化道出血的危险性分级护理对患者负面情绪的影响

Impact of nursing care of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding to negative emotions of patients

目的探讨急性上消化道出血的危险性分级护理对患者负面情绪的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2016年12月期间收治的急性上消化道出血患者64例,将患者分为对照组(采取常规护理)和观察组(在常规护理的基础上依据Blatchford危险性评分结果采取分级护理干预)。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、压力知觉量表中文版(CPSS)评分以及危险性积分的情况。结果干预后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分和CPSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,对照组BRS<6分仅占56.67%,观察组占73.53%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.375,P<0.05)。结论危险性分级护理有利于缓解急性上消化道出血患者的负面情绪及降低患者危险性积分。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing care of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding to negative emotions of patients. Methods 64 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal bleedin cured in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group （treated with routine nursing） and observation group （On the basis of routine nursing care, nursing intervention was carried out according to the Blatchford risk score）. The self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, the self rating Depression Scale（SDS）, the Chinese version of the perceived stress scale（CPSS） score and the risk score before and after intervention of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS score, SDS score and CPSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. After intervention, the control group BRS 〈 6 only accounted for 56.67%, and the observation group was 73.53%, which was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistially significant（χ2=4.375, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Risk grading nursing is favor to alleviate the negative emotions of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and to reduce risk score of patients.
