延续性护理干预对老年缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on prognosis of elderly patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨延续性护理干预对老年缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法选择2016年1~8月在我院康复科治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予延续性护理干预。比较两组患者出院后6个月生活质量以及日常生活活动能力。结果两组出院后6个月日常生活活动能力评分显著高于出院前1天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后6个月观察组日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组出院后6个月生活质量得分均高于出院前1天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院后6个月生活质量得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能够显著改善老年缺血性脑卒中患者出院后生活质量以及日常生活活动能力。

Objective To discuss the effect of continuous nursing intervention on prognosis of elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 60 cases with ischemic stroke from Jan to Aug 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Control group received routine nursing, and observation group received continuous nursing intervention based on routine nursing. Quality of life and activities of daily living after 6 months of discharge of two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of discharge, ADL scores of two groups were higher than those one day before discharge, which showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After 6 months of discharge, ADL score of observation group was higher than that of control group, which showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 6 months of discharge, quality of life scores of two groups were higher than those one day before dischargep, which showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After 6 months of discharge, quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group, which showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for elderly patients with ischemic stroke can improve quality of life and activities of daily living.
