低分子肝素皮下注射引起皮下出血的预防和护理体会

Prevention of subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin and its nursing experience

目的探讨低分子肝素皮下注射中皮下出血的预防以及护理方法。方法在2016年5月~2017年1月我院收治的患者中选出50例需行低分子肝素皮下注射的患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的差异进行分组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予预防性护理,对比分析两组患者的皮下出血发生率、护理满意度等指标值。结果观察组患者的皮下出血发生率低于对照组,且护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理用于低分子肝素皮下注射中效果确切,有助于预防皮下出血的发生,保证患者的健康,值得推广。

Objective To explore the prevention of subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin and its nursing experience. Methods 50 patients with low molecular weight heparin cured in our hospital from May 2016 to Januany 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into control group （treated with routine nursing） and observation group （treated with preventive nursing）.The incidence rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction index of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.And nursing satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effect of preventive nursing on subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin is significant.It is helps to prevent the occurrence of subcutaneous bleeding,to ensure the health of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
