摘要
目的观察重组牛碱性生长因子眼液对急性闭角型青光眼患者青白联合术后角膜内皮的保护作用。方法纳入急性闭角型青光眼病人40例(40眼),根据入组先后随机分为对照组及实验组,术前检查角膜内皮密度,对照组术后仅用抗生素及激素眼药水,实验组加用重组牛碱性生长因子眼液,术后1月比较对照组及实验组的角膜细胞密度变化。结果术前对照组角膜内皮密度(2535.9±55.9)/mm^2,实验组角膜内皮密度(2551.2±48.1)/mm^2,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1月对照组角膜内皮密度(2302.5±57.2)/mm^2,手术前后变化量减少(233.4±7.7)/mm^2,实验组角膜内皮密度(2549.6±46.9)/mm^2,手术前后变化量减少(1.6±1.2)/mm^2,变化量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性生长因子眼液能减少急性闭角型青光眼患者青白联合手术对角膜内皮的丢失。
Objective To observe the protective effect of recombinant bovine basic growth factor eye fluid to Qingbaikouan combined with postoperative corneal endothelium of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods 40 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma(40 eyes) were selected.According to the order to group,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The corneal endothelial density was examined preoperatively.The control group was only treated with antibiotics and hormone eye drops.The experimental group was treated with recombinant bovine basic growth factor eye drops.One months after operation, corneal cell density change situation of the two groups was compared. Results The corneal endothelium density of the control group was(2535.9 ± 55.9)/mm2,the corneal endothelium density of the experimental group was (2551.2 ± 48.1)/mm2,and there was no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05).One months after operation,the corneal endothelium density of the control group was(2302.5 ±57.2)/mm2,before and after operation,the change was reduced by(233.4± 7.7)/mm2,the corneal endothelium density of the experimental group was(2549.6 ± 46.9)/mm2,before and after operation,the change was reduced by(1.6 ±1.2)/mm2,and the difference had statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic growth factor eye fluid can reduce the loss of corneal endothelium in acute angle closure glaucoma patients plainer combined surgery.
