比较飞秒激光制瓣与机械板层刀制瓣的LASIK手术对近视患者视功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较飞秒激光制瓣与机械板层刀制瓣的LASIK手术对近视患者视功能的影响。方法本研究选取2014年8~10月在我院接受LASIK手术的70例近视患者为研究对象,按手术方式的不同将其分为机械组(25例)和飞秒组(45例),评价两组患者手术后的裸眼视力及工作疲劳情况。结果与术前比较,两组患者术后裸眼视力显著改善,而飞秒组患者在手术后的第1天视力恢复到(1.02±0.11)°,显著高于机械组(0.78±0.23)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);飞秒组患者在术后1周开始视力稳定,而机械组在术后1个月开始视力稳定,提示飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK手术后达到稳定疗效的时间较机械组更短。在术后1和3个月,飞秒组的工作疲劳评分均显著低于机械组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种不同制瓣方式的LASIK术均能显著提高近视患者的裸眼视力,飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK术较传统LASIK术后更明显降低工作疲劳,值得进一步推广和研究。 Objective To comparatively study the effect of femtosecond laser and microkeratome LASIK on visual function of myopia's patient. Methods 70 cases of myopia's patients were collected,and then they were divided into femtosecond group with 25 cases and microkeratome group with 45 cases.The uncorrected visual acuity and working tiredness of the two groups were evaluated. Results The uncorrected visual acuity of two groups were significantly increased,comparing with the pre-treatment(P 〈 0.05).And the uncorrected visual acuity of femtosecond group restored to(1.02 ± 0.11)° on first day after surgery,and it was significant higher than the microkeratome group(0.78 ± 0.23)° ,and the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The uncorrected visual acuity of femtosecond group stabled the visual on first week after surgery,and the microkeratome group stabled the visual on 1 week after surgery.It indicated that the femtosecond laser LASIK had shorter treatment time in visual stability,comparing with the microkeratome group(P 〈 0.05).At one and three mouth of postoperation,the working tiredness of femtosecond group were significant lower than the microkeratome group,and the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of different corner valve LASIK surgery can significantly improve the eyesight of the myopia's patient,and the femtosecond laser LASIK is significant reducer the working tiredness comparing with the traditional LASIK at postoperation.And this method is worth applying in the hospital and further studying.
