摘要
中国古代的书院多为教育组织,但对书院的研究不能全部笼统当成"组织研究"。"组织研究"不仅指研究对象,更指研究的理论视角和分析框架。通过组织视角对书院产生、官学化等问题进行审视,或许更能揭示出书院作为一种教育组织内在独特的演变逻辑。
Most of the ancient academies of China are educational organizations, but the study of the acade- mies cannot be regarded as "the research of organizations". Organization research refers not only to the research ob- jects, but also to the theoretical perspectives and framework of the research. Exploration into the emergence and the officialization of the academies may reveal the inner logic of the evolution of the ancient academies.
