The teaching supervision is related to the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges and the quality of personnel training. Only by correctly grasping the profound connotation and dialectical relationship be- tween the ＂supervision＂ and ＂guidance＂, and faithfully fulfilling the＂ duty of teaching supervision, can we improve the level of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
