摘要 教育关系着国家的未来,教师是教育质量的保证。"四有教师"理论为从事教育教学的工作者树立了标杆。从兴国、传道、育人的教育价值观出发,四有教师强调教师"身正"的前提重要性;基于深广学识、不耻下问、与时俱进的方法途径,四有教师探索教师应具备"学高"的职业技能素养。 Education concerns the future of our country, and teachers are the guarantee of education quality. The theory of "Teachers with Four Qualifications" has established a benchmark for the workers engaged in education and teaching. From the view of educational value about thriving nation, promoting moral and educating people, the theory of "Teachers with Four Qualifications" emphasizes the importance of teachers' character; From the way of profound knowledge, open- minded and keeping pace with the times, the theory explores how teachers have profes- sional skills of the "study well".
