高职院校成教学生思想成熟,学习动机多元化,缺乏明确的目标,管理难度大。高职院校可运用"跟进式教育",即通过教育跟进、管理跟进、服务跟进,破解成教学生管理难的问题。

Adult students in higher vocational colleges are mature in thinking, diversified in learning motiva- tion, lack of clear goals, and difficult to manage. Follow - up education, i.e. education following, management fol- lowing, management following and service following, can be use by higher vocational colleges to solve the difficulty of management of adult students.
