技术创新、研发投入与安徽省区域经济增长研究

Technological Innovation,Research & Development Input and Regional Economic Growth in Anhui Province

基于安徽省技术创新、研发投入、经济增长三个经济变量,选取1998—2015年统计数据,通过建立VAR模型,运用ADF单位根检验、协整检验等方法进行系统分析、检验。实证研究表明,技术创新能力和研发投入、经济增长和研发投入两者之间存在较强的关联性,互为推动、促进。安徽省经济增长推动了科技进步,技术创新能力逐步提升,但技术创新水平的不断提升对经济增长推动作用不显著,存在时间滞后。为促进三者的协调发展,建议在科技体制机制改革、科技成果转移转化、产业创新升级等方面进行战略定位,以推动安徽省经济增长。

Based on three economic variables, technological innovation, research development input and regional economic growth in Anhui Province and adopting statistical data from 1998 to 2015, this study set up a VAR model. And the model was analyzed and verified systematically through ADF unit root test, co-integration test and some other methods. Results of this empirical research show that there was a strong relevance and mutual promotion between technical innovation and research development input, and between economic growth and research ＆ development input. Economic growth promoted scientific and technological progress and gradually improved technological innovation ability, while technological innovation ability＇s promotion to economic growth was not significant, and there was a lagging effect. In order to facilitate the three aspects and further accelerate economic growth of Anhui, it is necessary to determine many issues ＆ strategic positions, for example, reform of scientific and technological institution and mechanism, transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, industry innovation and upgrading and so forth.
