"双一流"建设是当前我国高等教育的行动纲领和奋斗目标,也是指导我国高校文化建设的重要指针。我国高校应坚持以党建为灵魂,以大学精神塑造为意志品质,以文化建设为素质拓展,建构三位一体的有机系统;以社会主义核心价值观为思想引领,以精神境界的提升为教育重点,以实现学生的全面发展为培育目标。从宏观规划、中观场域、微观活动三个层次,实现三位一体系统在高校事业中发挥应有的作用。

At present, construction of ＂double first class＂ universities is the action plan and goal of our country＇s higher education, and also an important principle guiding universities＇ cultural construction. Universities should build a trinity organic system, with Party building as the soul, shaping of university spirit the will, and cultural construction the extended quality. Universities should also take socialist core values as the ideological guidance, spiritual realm improvement the focus of education, and students＇ comprehensive development the goal of education. From the three levels of macro planning, medium field and micro activities, universities will enable the trinity system to play its due role in the cause of higher education.
