摘要
对斗轮挖掘机的核心部件斗轮装置的组成、结构形式进行了探讨;并对斗轮装置的铲斗、斗轮体、斗齿及斗轮轴等部件的结构形式、材料特性等进行了研究;提出了各部件的设计要求,为斗轮挖掘机斗轮装置的研究与设计提供了参考。
This article discusses the composition and structure of the bucket wheel excavator core components, and researches the structure form and material properties of the bucket, the bucket wheel body, bucket teeth and bucket wheel axle, and puts forward the design requirements of parts, which provides the references for the research and design of bucket wheel device for bucket wheel excavator.
