失能百岁老人主要照顾者感受的质性研究

Qualitative research on feeling of main care takers of incompetent centenarians

目的:深入了解失能百岁老人主要照顾者的照顾感受,为提供该领域社区护理服务奠定基础。方法:2016年6~7月采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对13名失能百岁老人照顾者进行非结构性访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果:通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,归纳出5个主题:照顾者生活模式的改变、老人居家照护知识缺乏、家庭和社会支持系统缺乏、对未来的不确定、在照顾中感受真情。结论:百岁老人照顾者照顾感受包括积极和消极两方面,应采取积极有效措施,对其提供专业的居家照护知识指导和心理疏导,增强积极感受,提高生活质量。

Objective ： To deeply understand care feeling of main care taker of incompetent centenarians, so as to lay a foundation to provide the community nursing service in such field. Methods：From June to July 2016, the phenomenal research method in qualitative research was used for non - structural inter- view of 13 incompeent centenarians, and the phenomenal analysis method was used for data analysis. Results：Through reading, analysis, reflection, classi- fication and refining, 5 topics were summarized, i.e. change of life model of care takers, old people＇ s lack of home care knowledge, lack of family and so- cial support system, uncertainty to the future and feeing of true love in care. Conclusion：The care feelings of care takers of centenarians included positive feelings and negative feelings, we should take active and effective measures to provide professional home care knowledge guidance and psychological counse- ling for them, so as to enhance positive feeling and improve life quality.
