情境认知共享延续护理在肾癌根治术后患者中的应用

Application of situation cognition sharing continued nursing in post-laparoscopic radical nephrectomy patients

目的:探讨情境认知共享延续护理在肾癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1~3月收治于我院行根治术的肾癌患者86例做为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组施以常规延续护理;试验组接受情境认知共享延续护理。比较干预后两组肾癌根治术后居家康复患者各相关观察指标改善情况。结果:试验组肾癌根治术后居家康复病例干预后的癌症自我管理效能评分和健康促进生活方式评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用情境认知共享延续护理对肾癌根治术后患者实施干预,能够显著提高该类患者的癌症自我管理效能和健康促进生活行为水平。

Objective ： To discuss the application effect of situation cognition sharing continued nursing in post - laparoscopic radical nephrectomy patients. Methods：Selected 86 patients with gastric cancer receiving laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in our hospital from January to March 2016 as the research ob- jects, and they were equally divided into test group and control group at random, where conventional continued nursing was given to the patients in the con- trol group, and patients in the research group received situation cognition sharing continued nursing. A comparison was made on the improvement of relevant observation indicators of patients through home rehabilitation after laparoseopic radical nephrectomy in the two groups. Results ： The cancer self - management efficacy score and health promotion lifestyle score of post - laparoscopic radical nephrectomy patients through home rehabilitation after intervention in the re- search group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Using situation cognition sharing continued sharing for intervention of post - laparoscopic radical nephrectomy patients could significantly improve the cancer self - management efficacy and health promotion li- festyle of such kind of patients.
