早期护理干预对妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者血压与24h尿蛋白的影响

Influence of early nursing intervention on blood pressure and 24h urine protein of patients with gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia

目的:探讨分析早期护理干预对妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者血压和24h尿蛋白的影响。方法:2013年9月~2016年10月,于我院收治的妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者中选取45例早期护理干预患者作为研究对象,采用前后对照的方式,比较干预前后其患者的血压和24 h尿蛋白变化。结果:干预后,患者血压水平及24 h尿蛋白含量与干预前相比,均明显下降,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预应用于妊娠高血压轻度子痫前期患者,可有效改善患者血压和24 h尿蛋白的水平,保障母婴安全,促进预后,值得推广。

Objective ： To discuss and analyze the influence of early nursing intervention on blood pressure and 24 h urine protein of patients with gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia. Methods：Selected 45 patients who received early nursing intervention and had gestational hypertension and mild pre- eclampsia admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2016 as the research objects, and they were compared in the change of blood pressure and 24h urine protein according to the method of comparison before and after intervention. Results：Mter intervention, the blood pressure level and 24 h u- rine protein content of patients were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusion ： The application of early nursing intervention in the patients with gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia cold improve the blood pressure and 24 h urine protein of patients, guarantee the safety of mothers and infants, promote prognosis, and was worth promoting.
