三级护理质控网对新生儿重症监护室护理管理质量的影响

Influence of three-level nursing quality control network on intensive care unit nursing management quality of newborns

目的:探讨三级护理质控网对新生儿重症监护室护理管理质量的影响。方法:2013年1月~2014年1月实施常规护理质量管理,2014年2月~2015年2月实施三级护理质控网联合持续质量改进方法进行护理质量管理,对比实施三级护理质控网联合持续质量改进前后护理满意度和护理质量。结果:实施后患儿家属护理满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护理质量各项指标评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:三级护理质控网与持续质量改进联合可有效提高新生儿重症监护室护理管理质量,且护理满意度高,可临床推广应用。

Objective ： To discuss the i-rfluence of three - level nursing quality control network on intensive care unit nursing management quality of newbo- rns. Methods：Conventional nursing quality management was implemented from January 2013 to January 2014 and three - level nursing quality control net- work combined with continuous quality improvement method was implemented from February 2014 to February 2015 for nursing quality management, and a comparison was made on the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality before and after implementation of three - level nursing quality control network com- bined with continuous quality improvement. Results ： After implementation, the nursing satisfaction of newborn patients ＇ family members was significantly higher than that before implementation （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and after implementation, the scores of various indicators of nursing quality were higher than those be- fore implementation （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The three- level nursing quality control network combined with continuous quality improvement could effec- tively improve the intensive care unit nursing quality management of newborns, with a high nursing satisfaction and it could be promoted and applied clini- cally.
