北京市延庆区农业节水成效及存在问题

Achievements and shortcomings of water-saving farming in Yanqing district of Beijing

农业在延庆区占有重要地位,因此农业节水成为该区亟待解决的核心问题。本次通过资料收集,研究了延庆区农业用水特征及其中存在的问题,并分析了采取的节水措施所取得的成效及不足,研究发现用水效率低仍是该地区农业用水中存在的主要问题;在此基础上,针对农业节水所面临的问题,就如何促进实现更好的农业节水模式提出相关建议,即完善管理体系、实施综合节水、提高节水覆盖率和农民节水意识等措施,为延庆区今后农业节水工作提供参考。

Agriculture plays an important role in Yanqing district, so that the water-saving farming has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through data collection, the paper analyzed the characteristics and the existing problems of agricultural water, and analyzed the achievements and shortcomings of the water- saving measures which have been taken in Yanqing. The study found that low efficiency of water utilization is still the major problem. At the same time, this paper put forward some suggestions on how to promote the realization of better agricultural water saving mode to solve the problems in the field of agricultural water- saving, i.e. improving the management system and water-saving facilities, taking integrated water-saving measures, increasing water-saving coverage and awareness of water-saving.
