摘要 在我国,超声检查结果已成为各级医院临床科室在疾病诊断时不可缺少的重要依据。在省市县,甚至农村都已相当普及。所以要求在日常的使用中能够对超声设备的运行状况做出合理的评估,进行定期的维修保养,以保证高效的临床使用效率。使用科室和设备维保人员平日应注意机房设备温湿度的稳定性、机械装置等部位是否正常、仪器的开关指示灯旋钮等部分是否正常,以及超声各探头图像是否正常。鉴于现代超声仪器的构成,为保证能够及时与厂家取得联系,对于设备由于软件硬件导致的故障,要能够大致判断出故障点位置,以便与厂家工程师进行准确合理的沟通。本文就现代超声仪器的构成、超声设备的故障现象和大致的故障所在,结合几个常见故障,论述了如何正确地维修保养超声设备。给予医院现代超声设备维修保养的经验,以提高超声设备的维修诊断水平。 In china, ultrasonic examination has become an impersonality and important proof for the disease diagnosis to all levels of clinical departments in hospitals. Currently, this technology is widely applied in provinces, cities and countries, even in the countryside. Therefore, proper evaluation for the operation status of the ultrasound device in daily use and relevant periodic maintenance for it are of great significance to assure the high efficiency of clinical use. During everyday use, the first lhing should be considered is the stabilities of the environmental temperature and humidity that the device involved. Additionally, users from clinical departments and maintenance personnel should take note if the mechanical devices, the indicator light switch and the image of every ultrasound probes are working properly. Meanwhile, the maintenance personnel should conlacl the manufacturers in time when lhe device is found to have failed caused by a hardware or software malfunction. The point of the malfunction should be roughly found so that the maintenance personnel could communicate properly with the manufacturers. Based on the framework of the modern ultrasound device as well as several familiar faults, this paper analyzed how to conduct reasonable repair and maintenance for the devices, in the hope to provide maintenance references and to improve the level of diagnosis and maintenance.
