2016年夏季湖北地区部分抗洪抢险部队皮肤病调查分析

An investigation and analysis on dermatosis of the troops stationed in Hubei province fighting against flood in the summer of 2016

目的了解驻鄂部分抗洪部队皮肤病的发生情况,分析发病原因。方法利用巡诊采取抽样调查方式对驻鄂部分抗洪部队皮肤病患者进行疾病统计,并对数据进行分析。结果收集皮肤病患者相对完整临床资料125份,皮肤病种类占前3位的是痱子、毛囊炎、日光性皮炎。对其中一部队(空军某部舟桥团)的各种疾病进行统计,皮肤病患病率明显高于其他疾病,为23%。结论抗洪抢险官兵的皮肤病患病率较高,主要与高温、高湿工作环境有关,采取积极的防护措施和预防宣教可以显著降低皮肤病的发病率。

Objective To investigate the incidence of derrnatosis occurred in the troops fighting against the flood that stationed in Hubei province, and analyze the relationship between the pathogenic factors and dermatosis. Methods Inspection and sampling survey was carried out to analyze the data of the skin diseases occurred in flood fighting forces that stationed in Hubei Province. Results Totally 125 copies of complete questionnaires were collected. The incidence of miliaria, folliculitis and solar dermatitis was significantly higher than the other dermatosis. For one of the forces （Zhou Qiao group）, the dermatosis prevalence was 23%, significantly higher than the other diseases. Conclusion Humid climate and high temperature accounted for the main causes of the dermatosis occurred in the troops fighting against the flood. Positive protection and propaganda education can obviously reduce the incidence of skin diseases.
