摘要
基于尤晋闽等的结合面静摩擦系数统计模型,结合Kogut等对结合面的有限元分析结果,引入无量纲的粘着力参数,在充分考虑粘着力对静摩擦系数的影响下对静摩擦系数的统计模型进行了完善。通过仿真并与尤晋闽等的统计模型进行比较,研究了塑性指数、法向载荷、粘着力参数以及粘着力等因素对结合面静摩擦系数的影响规律。结果表明,塑性指数及法向载荷对静摩擦力的影响与尤晋闽等的结论基本一致;无量纲的粘着力参数也是影响静摩擦系数的一个重要因素,静摩擦系数随着无量纲粘着力参数的增大而增大;在同一法向载荷条件下,静摩擦系数在考虑粘着力的作用时比不考虑时要大;且法向载荷越大,粘着力对静摩擦系数的影响越微小;随着塑性指数的增大粘着力对静摩擦系数的影响越不明显,当塑性指数大于2时粘着力的影响几乎可以忽略。

A comparison of the present results with those obtained by You jinmin shows that the static frictioncoefficient of the former is bigger than that of the latter under the same condition of normal load. It also shows that the effects of adhesion become less obvious when normal load and the plasticity index increase. Moreover, the effects of adhesion on the static friction coefficient can be neglected when the plasticity index is lager than 2.0.
