摘要 为解决现有沥青加热罐存在沥青加热不均匀的现象,在沥青加热罐中安装搅拌装置。采用FLUENT软件对改造后的沥青加热罐流场数值模拟,分析罐内沥青温度场分布情况,对比仿真数据与实测数据,仿真结果与试验数据基本吻合,改造后罐中沥青温度均化得到明显改善。本研究对下一步沥青加热罐内搅拌器布置和控制优化奠定了基础,对提高沥青温度均化速度、减少能量消耗和改善沥青加热质量都有重要的参考意义。 In order to solve the issue that the asphalt in the asphalt heating tank cannot be heated uniformly, the mixing device is installed in the asphalt heating tank. The FLUENT software was introduced to simulate the flow field of the modified asphalt heating tank, and the temperature field distribution law was analyzed. Comparing the simulation data with the measured data, the simulation results agree with the experimental data, and the tempera- ture of the asphalt in the modified tank is improved obviously. This study could lay a foundation for the optimiza- tion of the arrangement and controlling the agitator in the next step of asphalt heating tank, which has important reference value on improving the speed of asphalt' s temperature homogenization, as well as reducing energy con- sumption and improving the heating quality of asphalt.
