摘要
分析单阀芯与双阀芯两种控制方式机理,针对装载机动臂缸举升工况,给出与工况相匹配的控制策略,通过AMESim仿真平台搭建了电液比例负载口独立控制系统并实现流量压力复合控制,仿真结果表明,负载口独立控制系统具有较高的速度控制精度和较大的节能潜力。。
The mechanism of single-spool control model and twin-spool control model were analyzed. Aiming at the lifting condition of loader lifting arm cylinder, the control strategy under the working condition was provided. The electric-hydraulic proportional independent metering control system was established based on AMESim simulation platform, and the compound control of flow and pressure was realized. According to the simulation result, the in- dependent metering control system has the advantages of relatively high speed-control accuracy and energy conser- vation potentials.
