摘要 在总结现有文献的基础上,引入等级全息建模(HHM)的方法,将跨国企业供应链依据风险来源分为管理层次、风险对象、流通过程、供应链管理、管理目标和范围6个视角,多方位地对跨国企业供应链风险识别进行了研究。通过反复迭代辨识过程中可能产生的风险有233种,经过归纳分类对其中主要风险进行了解释分析,以期能够提前做出预警,对风险加以控制,降低风险所带来的损失。 Under the background of economic globalization and big-data age, it is necessary to identify the risk factors of supply chain for multinational enterprises. Based on summarizing the existing literature, this paper introduces the hierarchical holographic modeling (HHM) method, dividing the risk of supply chain of transnational enterprises into six aspects, i.e. management level, risk objects, circulation process, supply chain management, management goal, to research on the risk identification of supply chain in multinational enterprises from the perspective of multi direction. There are 233 kinds of risks which may be produced in the process of repeated iterative identification. After classification, the main risks are explained and analyzed, in the hope of mak- ing early warning, to control the risk and reduce the risk of losses.
