电针不同腧穴对急慢性结肠炎大鼠髓过氧化物酶(MPO)含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察电针不同腧穴对急、慢性结肠炎模型大鼠结肠组织中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)含量的影响。方法:急性实验取60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、大肠俞组、天枢组、足三里组、上巨虚组,每组10只,雌雄各半,用6%冰醋酸灌肠造模,造模后治疗3 d,麻醉取病变结肠组织,用ELISA法测定MPO含量。慢性实验SD大鼠分组同急性实验,用免疫学加局部刺激法造模,治疗3 d后各组处死一半检测MPO含量,其余继续治疗7 d后取材测定MPO含量。结果:急性实验中,与空白组比较,模型组MPO含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,腧穴组MPO含量均下降(P<0.01);天枢组较其他腧穴组MPO含量下降(P<0.05)。慢性实验治疗3 d后,天枢和上巨虚两组较大肠俞和足三里两组MPO含量下降(P<0.05);治疗10 d后,天枢组较其他腧穴组MPO含量下降(P<0.01)。结论:电针大肠俞、天枢、足三里、上巨虚均可降低急慢性结肠炎大鼠结肠组织中MPO含量,其中天枢组效果较佳。 Objective :To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at different acupoints on MPO content in colon tissue of rats of acute and chronic colitis. Methods:Acute experiment:60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Dachangshu group,Tianshu group,Zusanli group and Shangjuxu group,and there were 5 males and 5 females in each group. Models were prepared by 6% acetic acid enema. 3 days after treatment,colon tissue was taken and MPO activity was measured by ELISA. Chronic experiment:rat grouping method was same with acute experiment. Models were prepared by immunology plus local stimulation. 3 days after treatment,half of rats in each group were executed and their MPO contents were detected. 10 days after treatment,the rest of the rats were executed and their MPO contents were detected. Results:In the acute experiment,compared with blank group,MPO content in model group was increased (P〈 0.01 );compared with model group, MPO content in all acupoint treatment groups was decreased (P〈0.01);compared with other groups, MPO content in Tianshu group was decreased (P〈0.05). In chronic experiment,3 day after treatment, MPO content in Tianshu and Shangjuxu groups was lower than that in Dachangshu and Zusanli groups (P〈0.05); 10 days after treatment,MPO content in Tianshu group was decreased compared with all other groups (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Electroacupuncturing at Dachangshu,Tianshu,Zusanli and Shangjuxu can reduce MPO content in colon tissue of acute and chronic colitis rats,in which the effect of Tianshu group is best.
