茶渣发酵蛋白饲料辅料优选及成本分析 被引量:10

摘要 以提取茶多酚后的茶渣为发酵原料,利用乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和米曲霉菌进行固态发酵,考察麸皮、稻壳粉、玉米粉、豆粕、花生秸秆、燕麦草、高粱糠、红薯渣共8种辅料对发酵产品中蛋白含量的影响,以发酵产物中粗蛋白含量、粗纤维素、茶多酚含量为考察指标,结合成本分析并计算辅料成本比重,确定适合工业生产和推广应用的茶渣发酵蛋白饲料的辅料伍配组分。结果表明:在8种辅料基质中,豆粕最适合作为茶渣饲料固体发酵辅料,其发酵产品质量最高,发酵产品中粗蛋白含量达29.49%,且其辅料成本比重较适宜,为55.81%。 The suitable supplemental material were preferred from bran, rice hull powder, corn flour, bean pulp, peanut straw, wheat straw hood, sorghum bran and sweet potato residue during the tea residue fermentation into fodders, with tea residue acted as fermented raw materials and fermentation by Lactobacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Yeast and Aspergillus. The character of fermented fodder was assessed by the concentration of crude protein, crude fiber and polyphenol, and its production costs and its proportion of supplement material cost were also calculated. The results showed the protein content of the compound with bean pull and tea residue through solid fermentation were revealed the optimum, with the content of 29.49%, and its supplemental material proportion cost were also suitable, with the value of 55.81%. In conclusion, bean pull was the optimal supplemental material during the tea residue fermentation fodder production.
