摘要
社区公共服务设施的智慧管理是当今城市智慧社区发展的一项重要内容。文章针对2013年以来沈阳市智慧社区的试点建设情况,详细调查了四个具有代表意义的智慧社区服务平台,采用空间选址分布、功能设施条件、运营发展模式、管理服务水平和居民满意程度五个指标对其进行综合评价,进而提出社区服务设施智慧管理策略。
Smart management of community facilities is an important aspect in smart city development. The paper introduces the construction of experimental smart communities in Shenyang since 2013, conducts a detailed survey of four typical service platforms of these communities, and evaluates them from five aspects： spatial location and distribution, functions and facilities, operation and development mode, management and service level, and residents＇ satisfaction. The paper final y proposes improvement strategies.
