基于量化模型的聚落空间分布适宜性研究——以吉林省蛟河市为例

A STUDY OF SUITABILITY OF SETTLEMENT SPACE DISTRIBUTION BASED ON QUANTITATIVE MODEL: A CASE STUDY OF JIAOHE CITY, JILIN PROVINCE

蛟河市作为吉林省内的资源型中小城市,受山水资源影响较大,作为具体研究对象具有代表性。本研究通过传统密度制图的方式对蛟河市聚落点的密度、聚散性进行研究,得出蛟河市聚落在空间分布上呈现聚集特征的结论并初步确定了高程、坡度、河流、道路和铁路五个影响因素。研究引入了二元Logistic回归模型,从数理统计的角度对这蛟河市聚落空间的制约因素进行相关性分析,量化并确立了蛟河市聚落空间分布适宜性方程,一方面验证了蛟河市聚落空间分布的环境影响因素,另一方面为蛟河市聚落空间格局的优化提供了精确的依据,为用地布局、新农村建设、生态评价等方面的应用提供了参考。

Jiaohe City, as a resource-based small and medium-sized city in Jilin Province, influenced by landscape resources, is a specificly representative study object. In this study, the densities and the gathering of the settlements in Jiaohe City were studied by means of traditional density mapping method, and the conclusions are drawn that the spatial distribution of Jiaohe City is characterized as being clustered, in which the elevation, slope, river, roads and railway are initially confirmed as five influential factors. The binary logistic regression model was introduced to analyze the relativity of restrict factors of settlements in Jiaohe City from the perspective of mathematical statistics, this paper makes a relativity analysis on the constraints factors of settlement space in Jiaohe City, as well as quantifies and establishes a suitability equation of spatial distribution of settlements in Jiaohe City. On one hand, the environmental impact factors of spatial distribution of settlements using traditional method in Jiaohe City were verified. On the other hand, the study provides an accurate quantitative basis of spatial pattern of settlement in Jiaohe City, which provides a reference for the application of land layout, new rural construction and ecological evaluation.
