摘要 近几年来传统纺纱产业的面貌正在发生深刻的变化,突出反映在装备自动化、连续化、智能化、高速高效化及低能耗等方面有显著进步,并促进了产品向优质化、多样化转移。自动化的纺纱工艺装备正在广泛使用,"机器换人"的步伐加快。采用连续化纺纱技术,缩短传统纺纱工序,也是实现"机器换人"、减少劳动用工的重要途径。采用智能化技术,使传统纺纱生产向在线自动监控方向发展。随着科技的发展尤其是智能化技术的推广应用与纺纱关键器材制造技术的进步,为纺纱设备实现高速运转创造了良好条件。 Over the past few years, profound changes have taken place in traditional spinning industry, which are mainly reflected in the achievements made in making spinning machinery more automatic, continuous, intelligent, high-speed/high efficiency and energy-saving as well as in the upgrading of product quality and diversification of product variety. Automation has been widely introduced to spinning process and equipment and the step of "replacing man with machine" has quickened. Using continuous spinning technology and shortening spinning process are also important measures for realizing "replacing man with machine" and labor saving. The use of intelligent technologies has promoted traditional spinning production to develop towards on-line monitoring. The development of science and technology, especially the expanded application of intelligent technologies and the progress of technologies for manufacturing key parts for textile machinery have created favorable condition for realizing high-speed operation of spinning equipment.
