摘要
本文针对一种商用车斜置板簧独立悬架,采用ANSYS建立斜置板簧独立悬架参数化有限元分析模型,对板簧厚度、曲率等关键参数对最大应力的影响进行敏感性分析;进一步以最大应力小于800Mpa时板簧质量最小为优化目标,采用响应面优化方法得到板簧的各个关键参数。
This paper aims at optimizing the structural parameters of a inclined leaf spring independent suspension. The parametrical CAE model of the leaf spring was established through ANSYS. And then the sensitivity analysis of key parameters, such as thickness and curvature, on the maximum stress of leaf spring was carried out. Considering the maximum stress is no more than 800Mpa, the structural parameters were optimized based on the objective that minimizing the weight of leaf spring
